The St Ives Food and Drink festival will feature daily events such as cookery demonstrations and recipe ideas in the town's bars and restaurants throughout the week, leading up to the main festival weekend on the 19th and 20th.

On the 14th, there is a free cheese and wine tasting event at St Ives Deli, 3 Chapel Street from 15:00 to 17:00.

On the 15th and 17th at the Seafood Cafe between 15:00 and 16:30 there will be fish cookery demonstrations, advice on wine with fish and input from local fishermen. £5 per person, tickets in advance.

At the Alba Restaurant on the 19th is a mussel cookery demonstration using 6 different sauces - starts at midday.
