Do you want to be a guest on Radio St. Austell Bay?

Hiya all, Degs here, host of "The Brunch Club" on Radio St. Austell Bay 105.6fm (www.rsab.org). The Brunch Club is a new show starting in January 2011, on Thursdays from 10 am to 1pm. I am looking for local Chefs, Restauranteurs, and Food Producers, particularly those in St. Austell and the surrounding areas, to come on the show as a guest for 30-60 mins (stay for the whole show if you like). What would I like you to do..? Simple, offer and present a seasonal recipe using local ingredients, and have a list of 4-6 songs you would like me to play through the show for you.
