Lick Your Way to Happiness With Cornish Ice Cream.
Saturday, 21 August 2010
A study of 10,000 people by Greg Tucker, specialist in behaviour management and consumer psychology, has determined that Cornish ice cream produces a feeling of stress free well-being. Commissioned by Kelly's of Cornwall Ice Cream, the study suggests ice creams produced elsewhere have different subliminal effects on consumers. For example, Scottish ice cream, which tends to be sweeter, creates feelings of indulgence and guilt, while Italian ice cream produces a sense of sophistication. So for that guilt-free unpretentious feeling of happiness float away with Cornish ice cream.
