Working with the Eden Project, Sharp's Brewery has produced a Winter Berry ale as the latest in its "Seasonale" range. Based on a blend of sloes, rosehips and hawthorn berries Winter Berry is a cask conditioned beer having a dark ruby colour and is described as having a sharp fruitiness balanced by the ale's malts and hops. It is available in pubs across the county and in the Eden Project's restaurants and bars.
