River Amble Creamery is a new north Cornwall cheesemaker run by Lawrence and Rosea Reynolds. Using cream supplied by Cornish dairy Trewithen, River Amble produces an emmantal-style cheese named Cornish Jack. Their “Old Jack” has won Gold at the British Cheese Awards for a modern British cheese.
