Fat Hen, set up by Caroline Davey, professional ecologist and forager, is located 4 miles from Lands End in her converted barns at Boscawen-noon Farm.

Caroline teaches people the art of foraging for wild food and in collaboration with two professional chefs shows how to make delicious dishes fine enough to grace the best restaurants of the country. The feast of wild food dishes is then eaten by fire and candlelight in their beautifully converted granite barn.

Far Hen runs weekend gourmet wild food courses, day courses, walks and events.
