Duchy College at Stoke Climsland is the setting for a new £4.7million Food Technology building to offer an Agri-Food Foundation Degree accredited by the University of Plymouth. The degree course can be taken on a full time, part time, or module basis and offers specialisation in one of four areas - Food Manufacturing Technology; Food Health and Nutrition; Food and On-Farm Processing; or Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
