Cornish company, Brian Etherington Meat company, has won two gold and a silver award in a national sausage competition organised by the British Pork Executive (PBEX). The gold awards were presented for their Cornish Premier Gold - a pork and thyme sausage - and also for their St Austell Brewery Tribute Ale sausage. The silver was for a sweet chilli sausage. MD Mark Etherington said, "It is testament to the fine local produce that is available in Cornwall and the skills of our head sausage maker Bobby Bagnall".
