Food From Cornwall website director Hilary Wood was presented with Best Woman In Farming 2010 at the Western Morning News Cornwall Farm Business Awards at a black tie reception and dinner held at the Royal Cornwall Showground. The other awards presented included Best Commercial Farmer, which went to Martin and Bridget Whell who run a herd of 350 dairy cows; Best Farm Diversification to Lobb's Farm Shop at Heligan; Best Farm Processor to Andy Atkinson of Cornish Orchards; Best Farm Supplier won jointly by Bill Clarke of Trewithen Cornish Farm Dairy and Jeremy Oatey of Antony. Best Young Farmer was Dan Nattle of Lanivet, and the Farming For The Future Award went to Angela Parker of Callestick Farm Ice Cream.
