Cornish Rattler from Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm has been sold as a draught cider in the county's pubs for some while, but now it's available for the first time in bottles. Cloudy and sparkling it packs a fair bite at 6% ABV. Also just launched by Healey's, again in 500ml bottles, is Oak-Aged Premium cider which is matured in whiskey barrels in the Cyder Farm's own cellars to give the flavour of a full-bodied oak nosed apple cider at 7.4% ABV. www.thecornishcyderfarm.co.uk
