The Cornwall Food and Farming Group will be running its annual Young Chefs Challenge at the Cornwall Food and Drink Festival again (23-25 September on Lemon Quay, Truro). Two schools, each with a team of four, will compete at the festival demonstration cookery theatre with a top local chef and the event will be broadcast live on BBC Radio Cornwall.

This year, in association with Davidstow Cheddar, the two finalists will be the winners of a competition to create a collage depicting Cornwall's thriving food and drink scene - it can be created from any media and any materials. The winning collages will also be displayed in CFFG's Funky Food Zone at the Festival.
