Chocolarder was formed in 2012 by chocolatier Michael Longman who creates handmade chocolates with local organic dairy ingredients and creates flavours inspired by local and seasonal availability. The chocolate is imported from select organic Fair Trade plantations to produce an exciting range of bars, boxed chocolates, drinking chocolate and more.
