Cornish Charcuterie is based at Norton Barton Farm located just outside Bude in North Cornwall and home to Richard and Fionagh Harding.

Following successful careers in The City, once they became parents they wanted to give their children a quality of life only available in a rural environment. They decided to convert their passion for food into a business that would revolve around farming traditional breeds which thrive in local conditions; their aim, to produce exceptional quality British Charcuterie using home produced ingredients in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.

Chicken Liver Paté with Port

This Guild of Fine Food award winning TWO GOLD STAR Chicken Liver Paté is smooth and buttery with a serious glug of tawny port.

Duck Liver Paté with Cointreau
This smooth pate is made from locally sourced free range duck livers. The pate includes a health slug of Cointreau and gives a buttery pate which tastes rich and delicious.

Duck Rillette with Cranberries & Grand Marnier
A deliciously rich duck rillette; duck breast poached in its own fat and shredded with Cranberries, Grand Marnier and a hint of Chinese 5 spice.

Mushroom Pate with Chilli & Coriander
A delicious rich nubbly Mushroom Pate with Chilli and Coriander; there’s nothing bland about this one!  You don’t have to be a vegetarian to enjoy it either.

Pork Rillette
A delicious pork rillette prepared to a family recipe with meat from free ranging Cornish Lop pigs. Winner of Gold Award and Best in Category Taste of the West 2013

Duck pate

  1. Your chicken liver pate with port is a absolutely delicious. It reminds me of the pate my mum made when I was little. We have the duck pate at home to enjoy too. They came as part of a hamper gift from Harrods sent as a Christmas present from our son in Singapore. Thank you
