St. Endellion Brie
St Endellion is a delicious luxury Cornish Brie hand-made using Cornish double cream to create a rich and creamy soft cheese. Locally produced milk and cream straight from the farm, combined with specially selected cultures provides a traditionally ripening style of Brie.
Chatel is a soft, mould ripened cow’s milk cheese made in Cornwall. It is made using full fat cows milk produced on local farms with only Cornish double cream, salt, vegetable rennet and starter cultures.
Gevrik is a full fat goat’s milk cheese made in Cornwall. It has a clean and fresh taste with a wonderful nutty flavour. It develops a creamy, melting texture as it matures. It is made using 100% English goats milk sourced from our own regular supply farms.
A delicious soft and mellow goats milk cheese produced in a convenient long square. St. Anthony’s is ripened in an edible white rind and has a clean, mild and nutty taste.
