Hugo’s Sweet Granola
A kind of muesli, slowly baked with honey, maple and golden syrup to a golden crunchiness and mixed with dried fruits; cranberries, currants and sultanas.
Hugo’s Muesli
A very popular at breakfast with Woodlands Country House guests. It is full of delicious dried fruit including, dried apricots, prunes, sultanas, currants and cranberries (over 25% – so no skimping), nuts and seeds, oats and malted wheat flakes.
Hugo’s Apple Birchermüesli
A take on the original muesli; with nuts roasted in apple juice and concentrated apple and pear. A creamy, nutty muesli, with a hint of apple. For a really creamy muesli, soak for as long as possible – over-night would be good – in milk (cow’s, goat’s or soya) or apple juice.
Hugo’s Fruit & Nut Gluten Free Granola
Quinoa and millet flakes slowly roasted with seeds, coconut and nuts in apple and pear juice with a hint of vanilla, mixed with dried fruit. Gluten free and reduced in sugar. No added salt, artificial additives, preservatives or colouring. High in fibre.
Apple & Blueberry Porridge
A delicious Apple & Blueberry porridge made with milk or water, overnight in the Aga, on the hob or in the microwave – the perfect start to anyone’s morning.
