Mossel and Croust (old Cornish words for a mid-morning snack) was founded by Richard and Julie Robinson in 2018 to make gluten free cracker biscuits out of vegetables. Their varieties include cauliflower, lime and ginger, and celery, tomato and chilli. New varieties and flavours are being developed.
