Buttermilk have launched some fresh ideas for fudge designed to mellow those long warm days ahead of us. First is Cornish Earl Grey made with tea from the Tregothnan Estate on the Roseland Peninsula and second comes Cornish Gin fudge made with Tarquin’s Gin. Keep an eye out for both.
