Been meaning to go for 2 years, finally made it last month. The beautiful smell when you open the car door. Hot and more than delicious, went back and purchased a bag of 10 to bring home. They are very delicious, full of meat and veg, pastry is excellent. The veg area outside was filled with delights, so many people came in the short time we were there. Both for Pasties and local veg.
I’ve tried quite a few pasties in the last 3 years. These guys will get my custom from now on. I can see why they get awarded the accolades they do, and totally get, make, cook, serve. No pasties by post as it pushes up manufacturing capabilities. This keeps it totally home made.
Thank you Gear farm, 10 in the freezer, and back next June for more. X
