A bright and light cafe – restaurant – bar right on Falmouth’s Gyllyngvase Beach affording wide uninterrupted views of the sandy beach and bay to always provide something of interest to look at. We had an evening meal in the outer bar-be-que dining area with a field mushroom burger and crisply grilled mackerel on a salad nicoise which was excellent and reasonably priced. There is a high level of locally sourced ingredients in the menu and the cafe is equally proud of its green credentials.
The cafe is open from 09:00 to late, every day of the year. It’s on Cliff Road, Falmouth TR11 4PA telephone 01326 312884. There is good on street car parking and a large council owned surface car park almost adjacent.
