New Range of Cornish Cheeses Launched

Curds__Croust

A new range of four soft cheeses has been launched under the name “Curds and Croust.” The cheeses are made by Martin Gaylard employing traditional artisan methods and using Cornish milk from Rodda’s dairy. The cheeses are a creamy Brie style cheese, a rich bold Camembert, an earthy truffle Brie, and a full flavour cider-washed Brie with distinctive russet tones.
