New Range of Cornish Cheeses Launched

Curds__Croust

A new range of four soft cheeses has been launched under the name “Curds and Croust.”¬†The cheeses are made by Martin Gaylard employing traditional artisan methods and using Cornish milk from Rodda’s dairy. The cheeses are a creamy Brie style cheese, a rich bold Camembert, an earthy truffle Brie, and a full flavour cider-washed Brie with distinctive russet tones.
