Trelawney Fish
The business was started in 1982 at the market before moving to the present retail shop and business headquarters on Harbour Road. A ‘fishy’ wall mural by artist Tom Leaper, marks the spot. Trelawney Fish exports regularly to Switzerland, France, Spain and Belgium, all by road; on top of their UK market and local retailing. With the growth of tourism in recent years has come the expansion of the catering industry, with prime Newlyn fish an important feature.
The fish caught each day is rushed to modern, purpose built premises, adjacent to the port. Once there, it is prepared to the specific requirements of each customer, packed and dispatched in chilled insulated boxes; all in the same day.

Have always had superb fish and shell fish from the shop, they have always been very helpful and prep their products in a nice way. As a matter of interest I have to approach the town centre and pass a very well known fishmonger who have sold me on two very unsatisfactory visits substandard products, i.e. Off! Well recomend shopping here.
Excellent turbot and crab meat, fresh as a daisy all the way home to Northumberland. Very friendly service from Andy even though I came before 8am. Thank you.
