May I say that your Plymouth cafe is very popular. The staff are always polite, the place is kept very clean with the tables being cleaned between customers, and the pasties are to die for. Well done everyone.

I was borne in Liskeard and grew up eating pasties made by barnecutts, would not eat any other as nothing compares. I very often have them delivered to my home in Whitby, north yorkshire. they arrive ready cooked and most times still warm. the smell alone is divine.

1st decent pastie I have tasted in 7 years !! I bought it from Kittow’s in Fowey and was in “heaven”. I also had brilliant fish N Chips in Looe. Would you open a shop near the market in Looe so that I can have both in i place?! I have been Coeliac for 6.5 years.

I’ve bought Barnecutts bread, pasties, saffron buns for years & really loved the taste of all of it, quite the Best in Cornwall!
I’m so sad that the quality & taste has really dropped off recently & after last week’s shop there I’ve decided to stop buying from them . The bread now has no taste & is just like the cotton wool type of cheap supermarket sliced loaf, nothing like it used to be. I suppose it’s a casualty of the economic situation & maybe using different/ cheaper ingredients & I can empathise with that but feel the product has changed from outstanding to ordinary.
    I’m really so sad!
The restaurant & staff still excellent.

I have always enjoyed MB products that I mainly purchase from your shop on The Platt in Wadebrdge. I write now to commend the help offered me by the two managers there. They assisted me with kindness, courtesy and fairness. I am grateful to them and wish all to know of their good work. Thank you.
