Bosue Vineyard

Owned and run by Paul and Liz Sibley, Bosue Vineyard is situated just outside St. Ewe, near St. Austell on the south coast of Cornwall. The south facing slopes and mild Cornish climate perfectly suit the varieties of Solaris, Rondo, Regent, Phoenix and Orion Grapes.

Bosue Vineyard Quality Sparkling Wine

Made from Orion and Johanniter grapes with a secondary fermentation to produce a fresh, crisp, sparkling wine. A delicate Brut with plenty of floral notes, a balanced acidity and a lingering mousse. 2014 vintage won a silver medal in the South West Vineyards Competition 2017.

Bosue Vineyard Quality Sparkling Rose

Made from Bosue Rondo grapes with a secondary bottle fermentation, which has produced a rich sparkling wine with a characteristically Rondo nose – very easy drinking. Both 2013 and 2014 vintage won a bronze medal at the South West Vineyards Competition 2016 and 2017 respectively.
