Brian Etherington Meat Co

Brian Etherington Meat supply high quality meats to individual outlets across the Southwest – including some of Cornwall’s most prestigious restaurants. A modern butchery provides a full range of locally sourced meats and there is an adjoining farm shop with bakery supplying Cornish pasties and also a butchery academy.

The shop is open Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 and also offers on-line sales including veg boxes.

Meat

First quality beef including breeds such as Ruby Red, Dexter and Aberdeen Angus. Fresh lamb, free range turkey and fresh chicken.

Sausage Rolls

Delicious sausage rolls handmade at the Farm Shop using Etherington’s award winning ‘Wheal Rose’ sausage recipe, along with the Trevethick family’s secret pastry recipe.

Pasties

Cornish Steak Pasties, Cocktail Pasties, and Vegetable pasties all made by hand daily.
