Colwith Farm

Trading as C S Dustow and Son, Colwith Farm produce premium potatoes in nine varieties, washed or unwashed and boxed or bagged. The 200 acre farm also produces wheat and barley as rotational crops and lamb.

A growing enterprise is also Aval-Dor, Cornwall’s first potato vodka and Stafford’s Gin. The vodka is distilled from King Edward potatoes and infused with farm foraged botanicals. Colwith also have a farm shop. Obviously it supplies great potatoes, but also a whole range of local produce including summer fruits, vegetables, eggs and dairy produce, charcuterie and bread. The farm shop won the Duke of Cornwall’s Award 2021 for farm diversification.
