Gould Ciders and Juices
Jonathan Gould has been producing ciders, brandies, apple juices, cordials and vinegars since 2014. All are handmade in small batches from West Country Heritage apples.
The apples used are from orchards in and around The Fal River Valley (Grampound, Gorran, Veryan, Tregothnan, Trelissick and Trerice). Most are Cornish Heritage Varieties: Captain Broad, Chacewater Longstem, King Byerd, and Manaccan Primrose. The orchards are managed to help wildlife. No fertilizers, apple thinning sprays or pesticides are used. The priority is quality not yield.
