James Kittow Butcher & Grazier of Kilhallon, is home to Mr Kittow’s Famous Sausage Co. Kittow’s are makers of Award winning sausages & Hogs Pudding and producers of finest Cornish quality meats. James Kittow runs his own small herd of Pedigree Red Ruby beef cattle and the Kilhallon herd of Pedigree Dexter cattle on the original farm from where the family started it all in the late 1800’s.

Hog roast machines available for hire.
A bespoke butchery service is available for farmers and smallholders that wish to retail their own meats on to the open markets or who just simply require them for the freezer at home.
