After a 15 year career in catering which started with Jamie Oliver’s original Fifteen Apprentice Programme in London, Ben Arthur started Rockjam Spice 4 years ago selling Sweet Chilli Jerk Jam at small farmers markets and via word of mouth to test the Cornish palate for spicy and Caribbean inspired flavours. Today, he has 7 popular products and offers Caribbean food in Perranporth!

Spice ‘Rubz’ – carefully selected Caribbean and chef inspired dry marinades/seasonings to bring you freshly ground and sealed packets of great flavour without salt, msg or any other unnecessary additives or bulking agents.

The dreaded 7 Bells – Extra Hot Jerk Sauce – made from 7 of the hottest chillies in the world. Indeed, 45% of this sauce’s ingredients are those chillies so it goes without saying that it is not for the faint hearted. Only limited stocks available so get yours soon if you’re brave enough….!
