Roger Metcalf has been producing award winning preserves for over 10 years and they are sold under the label “Roger’s Own” to be found in a number of local food stores within the county.
Jams include: Blackberry and Apple; Blackcurrant; Plum; Raspberry; Rhubarb and Ginger; Strawberry; Gooseberry.
Marmalades: Smooth Lemon; Seville Orange; Yellow Grapefruit; Smooth Seville Orange; Seville Orange Ginger & Whiskey; Seville Orange & Ginger; Pink Grapefruit; Chunky Lemon.
Relishes: Cranberry and quince; Pineapple; Roast peppers and apple; Tropical chilli; Sweet chilli tomato; Mango and ginger; Garlicky plum.
