Skinners Brewery

Founded in 1997, Skinners produces Cornish beers and lager. Only Cornish barley, grown less than five miles from the brewery, is used. Three times “Supreme Champion of the South West” and also “Champion Best Bitter of Great Britain”.

Betty Stogs

Skinner’s best selling beer has won more awards nationally and locally than any other Cornish beer and is without doubt the Queen of Cornish Ales. ABV 4.0%

Light hop aroma with underlying malt. Easy drinking copper ale with a superb balance of citrus hops, malt and bitterness. Bitter finish is slow to develop but long to fade.

Lushingtons

A cool, hop-laden pale ale bursting with fruit. Within its bittersweet scent you’ll pick up lime and mangoes with a little lychee and a creamy texture giving a strawberry finish. ABV 4.2%.

Heligan Honey

A light refreshing bitter, pale amber in colour with distinct hoppy overtones. The subtle addition of real Cornish honey will give your palate a buzzz! ABV 4.0%

River Cottage EPA

In this collaboration with River Cottage, Skinner’s Brewery has created this delicious English Pale Ale made with the finest ingredients from the West Country. ABV 4.0%

Cornish Trawler

Skinner’s New Golden Ale. Beautifully hoppy session ale with hints of citrus and bitter sweet malts. ABV 3.8%

Cornish Knocker

One of the original trailblazing golden ales and still one of the most popular, consistent and best selling. ABV 4.5%

Often copied but never equalled. Refreshing, golden beer full of life with hops all the way through. Flowery & fruity hops in the mouth and malt undertones,with clean and lasting bittersweet finish.

Porthleven

2014 CAMRA Champion Golden Ale of the South West.

Porthleven is a special edition pale zingy strong ale from Skinner’s in Cornwall. Skinner’s have selected the most spectacular hops from around the world from the new season’s harvest and using only Cornish Pale Malt have created one of the palest, fruitiest, zingy and exciting strong beers you will ever taste. Named after one of Cornwall’s famous world class surf breaks. ABV 4.8%

Pennycomequick

The Cornish Black Stuff! Skinners legendary milk stout brewed only once a year. Plenty of bitterness from the Cornish roasted malts balanced by some lovely chocolate notes. Named after Falmouth’s original place name in the 1600’s ABV 4.5%
