Located on one of the only five inhabited islands of the Isles of Scilly, The Island Bakery is open from Easter through to October, thereafter baking only once a week to order.
White, granary and wholemeal organic loaves and rolls are baked plus a weekly “guest” loaf.
Pasties and Savouries
The Bakery produces outstanding traditional Cornish steak pasties using island beef and local potatoes and an unusual spiced vegetable pasty. Also made are pies and take-away pizzas.
The Island Bakery produces a tempting range of sweet pastries to please most tastes.
