Vicky’s Bread

Vicky Harford produces hand made, French-style artisan breads made with organic ingredients using a sourdough culture. Each loaf is hand moulded and risen in traditional willow baskets or between the folds of French linen. They are then left to prove at low temperatures to ensure maximum flavour and baked with steam on the hearth of the oven to produce a shiny, crunchy crust.

The bakery is open Tuesday to Friday from 07:00 – 12:00.

Vicky’s Bread can be bought from numerous shops throughout Cornwall.
