Wasted Apple Co
Making cider from Cornish apples that would otherwise have gone to waste, the Wasted Apple Co sorts, washes mills and presses the apples with the juice being fermented for some 6 – 8 months. The juice is then bottled with a small amount of added sugar to continue fermentation and create a slight sparkle. The company also produces pure apple juice and apple cider vinegar.
