Making cider from Cornish apples that would otherwise have gone to waste, the Wasted Apple Co sorts, washes mills and presses the apples with the juice being fermented for some 6 – 8 months. The juice is then bottled with a small amount of added sugar to continue fermentation and create a slight sparkle.
